Pricing

Most culling apps bill by the month and move the renewal. Founding Access is the opposite idea: a hundred places, a price that never moves, and a private preview that costs nothing until the version you pay for ships. This is the whole offer in plain words, including the parts that let you walk away.

01 · THE PRICE

$99 a year, locked

The first hundred photographers keep Kepla for Mac at $99 a year for as long as they keep the app. Every renewal is the same $99. After the hundredth place is taken the price becomes $180 a year and stays there, and we will say so on the site the day it happens.

What waiting costsYear 1Year 2Year 3Five years
Founding place$99$99$99$495
Signing up after the hundred$180$180$180$900

The gap is $405 over five years and it never closes. And the founding year is free anyway, because billing does not start until 2.0 ships.

02 · WHAT 2.0 SHIPS MEANS

The private preview is version one

The private preview is version one. The version you pay for ships only after version one has run a full season of real shoots. Until then nothing is charged, and nothing is charged when 2.0 ships without two emails first. We do not call the preview a test build, on purpose: you are not trying an unfinished product on a client's wedding, you are running version one, and paying for version two.

03 · WHAT THE HUNDRED GET

Only the hundred

Why only a hundred? Because a direct line in delivery week is a real promise, and it stops being true at a thousand.

04 · THE PROMISE

Shoot one real wedding with it

If it does not sort faster than you can, you owe nothing and you keep the year. Concretely: if sorting does not finish before your card copy does, on your Mac, on battery, that is the app losing on the one number it is built to win, and the founding place costs you nothing. Your decisions are XMP sidecars on your own drives, readable by Lightroom Classic, Capture One and Bridge without us, so nothing is held in a service you would lose either way.

05 · AFTER THE HUNDRED

Solo and Studio when 2.0 ships

The hundred founding places are yearly only. That is what makes the lock a lock. Monthly is a real choice for everyone else, cancel any time, but the founding perks never come with it.

06 · HOW TO TAKE ONE

One field now

One email address. We follow up with the short form later, so nothing else is asked of you now. No account, no card. Your year starts on your first shoot, not on the day you sign up, so a place taken in the off season holds and the price locks today. Request Founding Access.

07 · COMMON QUESTIONS

FAQ

When does billing start?

When 2.0 ships, and only after two emails first. The private preview is free the whole way through.

What happens if I stop shooting for a season?

Your year starts on your first shoot, not on the day you sign up. The place holds and the price stays locked.

What if Kepla folds?

Your decisions are XMP files on your own drives, readable by Lightroom Classic, Capture One and Bridge without us. Nothing is held in a service you would lose.

Can I get the founding price on a monthly plan?

No. The hundred founding places are yearly only, which is what makes the $99 lock a lock. Monthly plans exist for everyone else at $19 a month for Solo.

FOUNDING COHORT · 100 SEATS

Never cull alone at 1 AM again.

Kepla for Mac clears the obvious misses from a card, names the reason on every frame it sets aside, and leaves the choosing to you. Nothing is ever deleted, moved or renamed. Free through the private preview · the first hundred photographers keep it at $99 a year.
